Accounts

There is no public sign-up. Clubs create the accounts for their staff and players, and the club decides who has access.

Your account is yours: do not share your password or use someone else's account. If you think someone else got into your account, tell your club.

Proper use

Your team mates' data and what the staff publish belong to the club: do not copy, publish or share them outside the club.

Do not try to reach data that is not yours, or to interfere with the service or with other people's access.

Content

What the club records (sessions, routines, videos, notes) belongs to the club. The CTBrain software, design and brand belong to AthleteOptics.

Some videos are hosted on third-party platforms and play subject to those platforms' terms.

CTBrain does not give medical advice

CTBrain is a sports planning and monitoring tool. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not replace a health professional. If something hurts, talk to your club's medical staff; in an emergency, call emergency services.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but there can be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue features; when a change matters, we tell the club.

Leaving

You can delete your account in the app, under Perfil → Eliminar mi cuenta. A club can remove anyone's access. What happens to the data is explained in the privacy policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Sporting and medical decisions are the club's, taken on its own professional judgement; AthleteOptics is not responsible for those decisions or for how the club uses the data.

Changes to these terms

If we change them we update the date above and, when the change matters, we say so in the app.
